Topics the final terms need to cover

Who is providing the service (legal entity name, to be confirmed).
Fixed-scope services: a written scope is agreed before payment; what each tier includes and excludes; one revision round.
Access model: staging copies and scoped, revocable tokens; no production credentials or live secret keys shared.
AI-assisted work can be wrong; what we test and what we do not.
Not a penetration test, compliance audit, or guarantee of security.
Founding rates (DRAFT): the first 10 jobs are offered at $109 (single fix), $299 (deploy + auth + payments) or $599 (integration + security pass) instead of $149, $399 or $799, in exchange for an honest short review after delivery. Publishing the review is optional and requires the client's permission. How "first 10" is defined and what applies after those jobs: to be confirmed.
Fix-or-refund guarantee (DRAFT): if we can't fix the specific problem written in the agreed scope, the client gets a refund of that job's fee. It covers only the agreed scoped problem. It is not a promise that the whole app will work, and it excludes new bugs and feature requests. It requires the access and information needed to do the work. Refund window, process, and interaction with payment disputes: to be decided and reviewed by an attorney.
Confidentiality and handling of client code, and deletion after delivery.
Limitation of liability, governing law, and venue.
